Terms of Service

1. The service

Lull provides lo-fi internet radio playback, focus timer features, local preferences, notifications, and optional Wear OS companion controls. The app may also provide shortcuts, deep links, and system integrations for starting or controlling focus sessions.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use the app under the laws that apply to you. Lull is not directed to children.

3. No account

Lull currently does not require a user account. You are responsible for the device, Google Play account, and Wear OS devices you use with the app.

4. Third-party content and services

Lull uses third-party radio directory and streaming sources to provide internet radio playback. We do not own or control third-party radio stations, streams, metadata, availability, or content.

Radio streams may stop, change, become unavailable, contain interruptions, or be subject to third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, network availability, or stream quality.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or its services.
• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass technical restrictions or security measures.
• Do not use automated access in a way that overloads third-party services.
• Do not use Lull in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

6. Focus timer and notifications

Lull’s timer, notifications, alerts, and Wear OS controls are productivity tools. They are not safety-critical, medical, health, emergency, or timekeeping systems. Do not rely on Lull where missed, delayed, or inaccurate alerts could cause harm, loss, or legal consequences.

Timer behavior may be affected by device settings, battery optimization, network conditions, Wear OS connectivity, notification permissions, Do Not Disturb settings, operating system behavior, or app updates.

7. Permissions and device features

Some features require device permissions or system access, such as notifications, foreground services, alarms, vibration, Wear OS connectivity, or optional Do Not Disturb access. If you deny or disable permissions, some features may not work.

8. Intellectual property

The app, design, code, branding, and related materials are owned by RinWave or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You may use the app for personal, lawful use in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store or platform through which you obtained it.

9. Updates and changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time. Some updates may be required for compatibility, security, legal compliance, or continued operation.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Lull handles data. By using the app, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

Lull is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or that radio streams will always be available.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RinWave will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, device availability, productivity, or third-party service availability arising from or related to your use of Lull.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law.

13. Termination

You may stop using Lull at any time and uninstall the app. We may suspend or terminate access to features if necessary to protect the app, comply with law, or address misuse.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the app changes or legal requirements change. The updated version will be identified by a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
